Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and organize audio and video recordings from designated storage locations and import into Label Studio.
• Synchronize multiple recordings to align with project timestamps.
• Trim recordings to required start and end points without losing content.
• Follow playbooks for media alignment, trimming, naming, settings, and sizes.
• Perform quality checks for missing files or errors.
• Save and organize completed files in required formats.
• Troubleshoot processing or platform issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting daily targets.
• Communicate progress and blockers to the team to improve workflows.
