Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Quality Assurance Senior Manager to oversee the quality of primary component suppliers and support cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance. You will drive audits, inspections, and supplier relationship management to ensure high-quality materials across global sites.

The role involves leading CAPA, change controls, and risk mitigation while working across Operations, Process Development, and Supply Chain. Remote-friendly with domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years quality experience
• Masters degree with 4+ years quality experience
• Bachelors degree with 6+ years quality experience
• Associates degree with 10+ years quality experience
• High school diploma with 12+ years quality experience

Responsibilities

• Lead quality oversight of supplier relationships from onboarding through disengagement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including GDP, GMP, ISO, etc.
• Prepare external sites for inspections and manage supplier quality documentation.
• Lead supplier audits and drive corrective action records and CAPA.
