Motion Recruitment is seeking a hands-on QA professional to join a growing enterprise software organization. The role focuses on manual testing across desktop, virtualization, and cloud environments within Windows-based systems.

You will contribute to reducing testing bottlenecks, collaborate with engineers, and participate in quality initiatives as the team scales. The position is full-time and remote, with a strong emphasis on test case design and issue diagnosis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a hands on QA or Software Testing role.
• Strong experience testing Windows based applications.
• Ability to create clear, repeatable, and deterministic test cases.
• Experience executing smoke, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as Jira.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
