Job summary

Jolly Technologies Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to perform manual testing of cloud-based SaaS applications and mobile apps. The role emphasizes strong attention to detail and the ability to develop thorough test cases.

Remote Work-from-Home contract position with testing across Azure-hosted services, Eventleaf, Lobbytrack, and integrations with third-party services. The ideal candidate will have experience in various testing types and REST API validation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience performing manual QA testing of SaaS and/or mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of test cases, scenarios, and defect lifecycle.
• Ability to independently create comprehensive test cases from requirements.
• Ability to identify and communicate critical defects clearly.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, exploratory, and usability testing.
• Experience testing REST APIs is strongly preferred; iOS/Android testing is preferred.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking systems such as JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of cloud-based SaaS applications hosted on Azure.
• Test Eventleaf and Lobbytrack across functional and real-world scenarios.
• Develop and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios.
• Document results, reproduce defects, and communicate findings clearly.
• Perform REST API testing and validate responses.
• Test iOS, Android, and Windows 11 apps and their SaaS integration.
• Conduct regression testing after releases and bug fixes.
• Evaluate usability from end-user perspective.
