Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a RCM QA Coding Specialist to perform quality reviews of billers and coders, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple specialties. You will present audit findings to leadership and partner practices and develop educational materials based on outcomes.

The role requires CPC or similar certification with 3+ years in coding audits, preferably with Medical Oncology or Radiation Oncology experience. This is a remote position supporting national practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical coding auditing experience.
• CPC or other coding certification required.
• CPMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of onshore and offshore billers and coders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare detailed audit reports for RCM Leadership and Compliance.
• Develop and deliver training materials based on review findings.
• Keep abreast of current billing and coding regulations and disseminate knowledge.
