Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced QA Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, mobile, and microservices applications. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills and experience with modern automation tools.

The role is 100% remote within the United States, with full-time Direct W2 employment and a salary range of $100,000–$150,000 per year. A minimum of 6+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in QA Automation or SDET roles.
• Strong programming in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Experience with Selenium/Cypress/Playwright; REST API automation, SQL, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured.
• Automate UI, API, and end-to-end testing for web and distributed apps.
• Build CI/CD test pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Perform performance testing with JMeter, Gatling, k6, or Locust.
• Collaborate with developers to identify quality risks and improve test coverage.
• Troubleshoot defects, create regression tests, and mentor junior QA engineers.
