Job summary

SplashBI is seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer for a remote role. You will design and implement a testing framework to cover regression, performance, and end-to-end quality across our web applications.

You will build and expand automation capabilities, work with developers and QA, and continuously learn new technologies to keep the testing stack current. Strong scripting, analysis, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, especially Selenium.
• Experience with Agile delivery and test/defect lifecycle in Jira.
• Knowledge of QA best practices, automation tools, and test plan design.
• Understanding of CI/CD, cloud development, and security in testing.
• Excellent communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong team player with proactive problem-solving and learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute functional and regression tests.
• Provide regression reports to partners in a timely manner.
• Build a software test automation infrastructure.
• Expand testing and integration solutions for quality releases.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual testing effort.
• Create robust automated test scripts for business and technical use cases.
• Investigate issues found during testing and update test cases accordingly.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to resolve defects.
• Continuously learn new technologies and apply them to the role.
• Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements and design documents.
