Job summary

Dragonfly Health seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our remote team (PA/TN resident). You will conduct audits, analyze quality data, and help ensure compliance across pharmacy management and operations.

This role blends data analytics with process-improvement to protect patient care. You will build dashboards, identify gaps, support CAPA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related professional experience, preferably within healthcare or hospice.
• Experience conducting audits and working with operational data.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with quality and process-improvement methodologies such as CAPA, TQM, Lean, or Six Sigma.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting/analytical tools.
• Experience with Salesforce, call-monitoring systems, or similar platforms is helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and targeted audits across applicable areas of the business to evaluate quality, compliance, and adherence to established standards.
• Analyze quality metrics, audit results, operational trends, and performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, audit summaries, and reports that give leaders actionable insight into quality performance.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies, compliance risks, and recurring issues and communicate recommendations to operational leadership.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) efforts.
• Help prepare for regulatory surveys, accreditation reviews, internal audits, and compliance assessments.
• Partner with teams across the organization on process improvements, workflow changes, system updates, and other quality initiatives
