Job summary

Turing is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to evaluate and compare responses generated by multiple chatbots. The role focuses on reviewing outputs against guidelines, identifying inaccuracies, and providing final assessments for each evaluation task.

The position is project-based, fully remote, and suitable for candidates with strong analytical and communication skills and experience in QA, data annotation, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA, data annotation, content evaluation, testing, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and compare responses generated by multiple chatbots.
• Assess responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, clarity, and guideline adherence.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, missing information, and potential quality issues.
• Provide structured feedback and final assessments for each task.
• Follow evaluation guidelines and maintain consistency across reviews.
• Document findings clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with project and quality teams to resolve queries.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
