Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Python Software Architect to design, build, and continually enhance complex enterprise‑grade applications, data services, and automation platforms.

This hands‑on role focuses on robust, secure, high‑performance Python systems operating in distributed production environments and requires partnering with product, data, and infrastructure teams to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of applied Python development experience in enterprise‑grade environments.
• Strong experience building and maintaining large-scale production applications with significant uptime and reliability requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with relational database systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase, including query tuning and schema design.
• Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, build, test, release, and ongoing support.
• Proven hands‑on experience across system design, application development, automated testing, and operational support.
• Strong working knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational efficiency, with the ability to make sound design trade‑offs.
• Demonstrated experience debugging and maintaining complex, enterprise‑level applications in production.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, application resiliency patterns, and secure coding standards.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in dynamic, fast‑changing environments while keeping stakeholders well informed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating with both technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end design, development, and advanced technical troubleshooting for complex enterprise‑grade Python applications.
• Develop secure, high-quality, production-ready Python code and implement algorithms for distributed systems with concurrency, fault tolerance, and observability in mind.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications ensuring development adheres to design constraints and enterprise standards.
• Develop and optimize data processing logic for large-scale datasets, including ETL and performance tuning for batch and near-real-time workloads.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize large datasets to support continuous improvement of applications and business processes.
• Develop reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and data visualizations to support operational insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Identify hidden defects and architectural weaknesses, implementing improvements to coding standards and system reliability.
• Contribute to engineering best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and mentor less-senior engineers.
• Participate in Agile cycles and CI/CD processes with testing, rollback, and monitoring strategies.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, operations engineers, and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support operational stability through incident response, debugging, log analysis, and post-incident reviews.
