Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Strong Python and deep learning framework experience (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Experience designing, training, and deploying ML models in production.
• Hands-on Databricks experience in managing ML workloads.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement production-ready ML models and algorithms using Python.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Deploy models at scale within production environments using PyTorch/TensorFlow.
• Manage and transform large datasets on platforms like Databricks to ensure data quality.
• Monitor model performance and retrain as data evolves.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align model architectures with business goals.
