Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Microsoft 365 / Purview / Power Platform Engineer to support a large-scale Copilot Event Monitoring Program focused on compliance, governance, automation, and operational excellence across the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will design, build, and operationalize automated monitoring and reporting solutions leveraging Purview, Graph API, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies to enhance compliance and incident workflows.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting Microsoft 365 environments and enterprise collaboration platforms.
Hands-on with Microsoft Purview including governance and alert management.
Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform environments.
Experience creating operational dashboards with Power BI.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and access controls.
Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automated workflows to monitor Purview compliance and security alerts.
Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph API to collect and analyze data.
Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline processes.
Configure and administer 365, Purview, Power Platform, and Entra ID environments.
Integrate monitoring with ServiceNow for incident lifecycle management.
Develop Power BI dashboards showing compliance events and trends.
Support governance, security, and audit initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve ops.
