Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Microsoft 365 / Purview / Power Platform Engineer to support a large-scale Copilot Event Monitoring Program focused on compliance, governance, automation, and operational excellence across the Microsoft ecosystem.

In this role, you will design, build, and operationalize automated monitoring and reporting solutions that leverage Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Hands-on with Purview, including compliance monitoring, governance, information protection, and alert management.
• Experience administering and governing Power Platform environments.
• Experience creating operational dashboards using Power BI.
• Knowledge of Entra ID/Azure Active Directory and identity management.
• Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows to monitor and respond to compliance and security alerts.
• Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph API to collect, process, and analyze event and compliance data.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to streamline operational processes.
• Configure and administer Microsoft 365, Purview, Power Platform, and Entra ID environments.
• Integrate monitoring with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow for incident lifecycle management.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for visibility into compliance events and performance.
• Support governance, security, compliance, and audit initiatives across the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve operational effectiveness.
• Support cloud modernization initiatives aligned with Azure infrastructure and platform services.
