Job summary

MGI International, LLC, backed by ITOCHU International, is seeking a Domestic Purchasing Assistant to support purchase order processing and act as a backup to the Document Specialist. This full-time remote role reports to the purchasing team and involves daily interaction with buyers and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Domestic Purchase Order Mailbox and prioritize requests.
• Create offers for committed purchases and create purchase orders to process.
• Review purchasing report daily and prioritize BOLs to process as needed.
• Serve as a backup to the Purchasing Supervisor for report processing.
