In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and tracking purchase orders related to homebuilding materials and subcontractor services, ensuring smooth vendor coordination and up-to-date internal systems.
Enter purchase order data into internal systems and vendor platforms
Verify material quantities, pricing, and delivery timelines
Communicate with vendors to confirm order details
Track open orders and update status regularly
Flag discrepancies or delays for the procurement team
Maintain organized digital records of POs and receipts
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of data entry, administrative, or purchasing support experience
Basic knowledge of construction or material purchasing a plus
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proficiency with spreadsheets and online order systems
