Sweetwater Care in Montana is seeking a Pulmonologist to oversee pulmonary health across our facilities. The role is primarily remote with required on-site visits at least monthly; you will diagnose and manage respiratory disorders and lead the pulmonary program.

Candidate should be board certified or board eligible in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, or Interventional Pulmonology, with Montana licensure; strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in pulmonary medicine or board eligible.
• Montana licensure and prescribing authority required.
• Experience with interventional pulmonary is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, and manage respiratory diseases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care.
• Document care plans thoroughly and timely.
• Participate in rounds and care discussions.
