Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is recruiting a Public Programs Coordinator to triage and resolve member access to care issues and coordinate services with programs carved out of health plan contracts, including California Children's Services and Regional Centers. The role also promotes access to Health Net's HEL P program and collaborates with multiple Health Net departments.

The ideal candidate holds a California Medical Assistant Certification or LVN license and has 3+ years of Pediatrics

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or completion of Vocational Nursing/Medical Assisting/Pharmacy Technician program.
• Minimum 3+ years of combined clinical and healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Triages and resolves member access to care issues.
• Coordinates services with programs carved out of health plan contracts.
• Promotes member access to Health Net's HEL P program.
• Communicates with internal and external customers to ensure access to care.
• Serves as liaison to public agency programs and assists referrals.
• Prepares monthly and quarterly reports to compliance.
