Job summary

Functional Restoration San Diego is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our FRP team on a part-time or full-time basis. The role delivers active rehabilitation within a collaborative model that blends physical therapy, counseling, movement instruction, and lifestyle coaching to improve function and quality of life.

Responsibilities include assessing each patient, developing measurable treatment plans with time frames, and running daily PT groups (1–5 participants).

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Experience with group therapy/outpatient rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames.
• Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on goals throughout the program (32 days/160 hours).
• Run daily Physical Therapy groups with program participants (1–5 participants).
