Job summary

BRIOworks in Denver, CO is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as a PT consultant for employees at partner worksites. You will conduct virtual musculoskeletal evaluations, support on-site visits, and provide early intervention guidance while traveling to client locations.

You’ll work with about 20 locations in manufacturing settings, focusing on triage and referral when formal PT is needed, while enjoying autonomy, relationship-building, and growth within a rapidly expanding service

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in CO or a PT Compact State.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Outpatient Orthopedics or Occupational Health experience preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and triage.
• Willingness to travel and support multiple worksites.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual physical therapy evaluations for employees at partner worksites.
• Travel to client locations for on-site visits (quarterly) and occasional meetings.
• Perform first-aid level evaluations and triage, with referrals when needed.
• Engage employees at all levels and build trusting relationships.
• Support multiple worksites and collaborate with executive support.
• Assist in growing a rapidly expanding BRIOworks service line.
