Job summary

Seasoned Recruitment is partnering with premier mental health organizations to recruit fully licensed Psychotherapists for 100% remote 1099 contractor positions.

Clinicians will have autonomy over their schedules, receive weekly compensation, and operate with no marketing overhead. Onboarding is fast and clients are provided; a modern EMR supports AI-assisted documentation and translation tools.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold a full, active, and unrestricted clinical license allowing independent practice in at least one U.S. state (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD).
• Independent Practice: Eligible to practice without clinical supervision.
• Clinical Expertise: Demonstrated competence in evidence-based psychotherapy and defensible documentation.
• Technical Readiness: High-speed internet and HIPAA-compliant home office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy to clients remotely via telehealth.
• Manage and document clinical evaluations and treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure patient records.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms and EMR as part of clinical workflow.
