Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Psychology Quality Assurance Lead responsible for overseeing the quality and consistency of psychology-focused AI training projects. This remote role requires a strong background in psychology and communication skills to evaluate AI-generated content, ensure adherence to quality standards, and improve the world’s premier AI models.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience, a degree in psychology, and familiarity with research methods and ethical guidelines. You will help guide remote contributors and manage documentation to enhance project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in psychology research or related workflows.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of researchers or clinicians.
• Familiarity with areas such as CBT and mental-health literacy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor quality and provide ongoing feedback on psychology items.
• Evaluate AI-generated psychology explanations and mental-health content.
• Schedule onboarding calls to explain project expectations.
