Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited institution
- Professional experience in Psychology or related field
- Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Actively engage students through frequent interaction and motivate success
- Guide students in active collaboration and application of learning
- Provide rich, regular feedback using rubrics to assess student work
- Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and connect concepts across the program
- Provide feedback to the program chair on curricular improvements
