Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a fully-remote psychologist or masters therapist to join our Mental Health team. The role focuses on short-term, goal-directed psychotherapy delivered through an EMR-integrated video platform.

Ideal candidates hold a doctoral degree in psychology or a master’s in social work, counseling, or related field, with MN/WI licenses or eligibility and telemedicine experience. Remote work is supported nationwide within MN, WI, IA, ND and SD.

Qualifications

• PhD/ PsyD/ EdD required/ preferred for psychologist track.
• MSW / MFT / MA degrees acceptable for masters level therapist track.
• Experience using telemedicine and delivering evidence-based, goal-directed psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, goal-directed psychotherapy via a fully remote, video platform.
• Maintain clear, measurable treatment goals and time-limited plans.
• Collaborate with Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants and primary care teams for referrals.
