Job summary

Insights Psychological Services, PLLC invites applications for a full-time Clinical or Counseling Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow for the 2027–2028 training year. The role centers on relational psychodynamic telepsychotherapy with adults and/or couples in a fully remote group private practice.

Beginning September 6, 2027, the 12-month fellowship includes weekly supervision, seminars, guest presentations, and regular staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Requires PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Requires a one-year APA-accredited internship.
• Eligible to accrue hours toward Massachusetts licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide relational psychodynamic telepsychotherapy to adults and/or couples.
• Attend weekly supervision and seminars.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
• Assist with client screening, intake, and documentation.
