Qualifications

• Must be board certified with a current, active, unrestricted medical license.

Responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from Psychiatry practice.
• Write high-quality reference responses.
• Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics.
• Provide feedback to improve model behavior.
• Participate in onboarding sessions.
