Job summary

Legion Health is seeking psychiatrists across the United States to provide telepsychiatry with clinical autonomy, supportive admin, and a flexible schedule. Fully remote roles with competitive, market-leading compensation and weekly pay.

You’ll work within a collaborative, evidence-based framework, supported by credentialing and licensure assistance, malpractice coverage, and access to premium clinical tools. Location: United States; Compensation: $300K–$500K annually, depending on hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering remote care via telehealth.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care using evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with peers and use telehealth platforms effectively.
