Job summary

Talkiatry is seeking 100% remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join a national US team. Doctors maintain clinical control while benefiting from in-house support, flexible hours, and a private-practice autonomy within an integrated hospital-group framework.

The compensation plan combines a base salary with productivity incentives, aiming at a total annual package around $300K–$350K. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, malpractice coverage, 401K, PTO, and CME support.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active and unrestricted license; licensing support provided.
• Strong communication and collaboration.
• Ability to work in a remote telehealth environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care via remote telehealth to a diverse patient population.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and work-life balance while delivering high-quality care.
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to coordinate patient treatment plans.
