Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice that combines the stability of a hospital setting with the clinical autonomy of private practice. This role is designed for psychiatrists who want predictable, W-2 compensation, flexible scheduling, and minimal administrative burden in a fully remote outpatient model.

Position offers 100% remote outpatient care across the lifespan, with standard sessions and in-house support for scheduling, billing, intake, and licensing.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists (MD/DO) with unrestricted license.
• Interest in outpatient, 100% telepsychiatry-based care.
• Comfort with learning streamlined clinical technology.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry practice.
• Provide standard 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Operate within established clinical standards with autonomy.
• Benefit from in-house operational support including scheduling and billing.
