Job summary

Blossom is seeking a psychiatry professional to conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy and medical management via telehealth. The role supports a flexible schedule and a physician-led platform that sources patient volume aligned to your availability.

Candidates must be MD or DO with Psychiatry board certification, hold a valid state license, and have a DEA (and CDS where required). Telehealth capability and home office setup are required for this position.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Psychiatry board certification and valid medical license.
• DEA/CDS numbers where required.
• Home office or telehealth-capable location.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
• Provide medical management, mental health counseling, and therapy sessions.
• Prescribe and manage psychopharmacological treatments.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA & insurance regulations.
• Offer telehealth services as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
