Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent psychiatrists to provide telepsychiatry care across the United States with full clinical autonomy and robust operational support.

You will treat conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD, while benefiting from flexible scheduling, work-from-home capabilities, credentialing support, malpractice coverage, and access to premium EHR, e-prescribe, and AI tools. Compensation ranges from $300K to $500K with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical licensure in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering remote care and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with other psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize technology and systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
