Job summary

Mindbloom is seeking a Psychiatric Clinician (PA) licensed in Colorado to join our remote, part-time clinical team. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video, educate clients on ketamine therapy, and tailor treatment using our protocols to achieve the best outcomes.

You will collaborate with guides to provide a coordinated, whole-person experience while advancing clinical excellence and embracing AI-enabled tools to enhance care.

Qualifications

• Psychiatric PA licensed in Colorado with active DEA registration.
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video.
• Passion for psychedelic therapy and mental health treatment.
• Warm, professional presence on video consultations.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and troubleshoot independently.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to assess client needs.
• Educate clients on ketamine therapy, safety, and the treatment process.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using clinical protocols and individualized judgement.
• Collaborate with Mindbloom guides to deliver a coordinated, whole-person experience.
• Provide exceptional client experiences and build trust and satisfaction.
• Contribute to evolving clinical protocols with insights from client care.
