Ascend Healthcare is seeking a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C/PMHNP) to deliver remote psychiatric and substance use disorder care via telemedicine to patients across the United States. The role requires an active license where you reside and in Oregon, with a preference for Spanish bilingual capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider required.
• Active and unrestricted Medical License in state of primary residence and Oregon.
• DEA License.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred).
• Comfortable working fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and psychopharmacological management across age groups.
• Provide telemedicine-based psychiatric care to Community Health Center partners.
• Coordinate care with PCPs, counselors, and support staff.
• Support medication-assisted treatment where appropriate and follow best practices.
