Lavender is hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for tele-psychiatry visits with clients based in Oregon. You can build your own schedule within our 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. operating hours, seven days a week, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week and a 1099 compensation model.

We offer mentorship, a supportive team, and a remote-friendly environment. Qualified NPs with MSN and ANCC certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualificações

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
• ANCC Board Certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in adult mental health.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space for tele-psychiatry.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or both.
• Proactively follow up with clients monthly to assess efficacy and ongoing care.
• Provide multiple modalities of talk therapy as needed by clients.
• Collaborate with a team of NPs to ensure high-quality patient care.

We are seeking both part‑time and full‑time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to perform tele‑psychiatric visits for clients based in Oregon. If you enjoy working on a team with bright, ambitious advanced practice nurses and are seeking the flexibility and autonomy of private practice, this is an excellent opportunity for you. The Responsibilities

Conduct initial evaluations and collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy or a combination of both. Proactively follow up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis to assess for efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved. Our clientele strongly prefer combined medication and therapy appointments, you have to be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy.

• 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ambitious, client‑centric work ethic
• Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space to take tele‑psychiatry appointments
