Job summary

Mindbloom is seeking a clinician to deliver ketamine therapy and comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via video. You will educate clients on the science, safety, and treatment experience to foster informed confidence. Partner with guides to offer a coordinated, whole-person care approach.

The role emphasizes clinical excellence, continual learning, and remote-first collaboration with a diverse nationwide team. Licensure and DEA registration are required.

Qualifications

• State licensure in PMHNP or Psychiatric-PA with active DEA registration.
• Minimum 6 months of psychiatric clinical experience.
• Experience diagnosing depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to assess needs and fit for Mindbloom.
• Educate clients on neuroscience, safety, and the therapy experience to build informed confidence.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using Mindbloom protocols and clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with Mindbloom guides to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns trust and satisfaction.
• Contribute to evolving clinical protocols and care models with client insights.
