Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of provider relations, community outreach, consulting, health care or quality improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• Excel proficiency including pivot tables and v-lookup.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop provider partnerships to improve quality scores.
• Educate providers on outcomes, metrics, and pay-for-performance.
• Analyze provider reports to identify opportunities for preventive care.
• Serve as primary contact for provider incentive programs.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders for quality initiatives.
• Support Quality Improvement Projects and state initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation and SME for HEDIS/State Measures.
• Educate on clinical documentation, coding, and billing practices.
