This role involves managing enrollment initiatives with a focus on collaboration with providers, while offering competitive pay and remote flexibility. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate enrollment with insurance companies for all new providers
- Maintain enrollment schedules and communicate updates with billing and office managers
- Collaborate with physicians and office managers to gather necessary documentation for provider enrollment
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding provider participation status
- Complete re-credentialing processes for existing providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in provider enrollment preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party provider enrollment processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in CAQH, PECOS, and NPPES preferred
