Howden Life & Health is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Leads Review Team in a fully remote role. Training will occur in the office, with accommodation and travel costs covered, and equipment provided.

You will review protection arrangements, engage warm leads, and drive customer outcomes within a supportive, employee-owned organization. The role emphasizes hitting daily/monthly targets, delivering compliant advice, and growing product knowledge in a collaborative environment.

Aufgaben

• Calling existing clients to review their current protection arrangements (Warm leads).
• Building rapport and understanding customers’ current needs and circumstances.
• Helping clients understand their existing cover and where protection may have changed.
• Managing client records accurately across multiple systems.
• Handling a high volume of outbound calls.
• Achieving daily and monthly performance targets.
• Delivering excellent customer service and compliant advice.
• Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market changes.
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional or alternative protection when appropriate.
