Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a fully remote career with upside in a client-facing role. You will talk with people who requested help on financial-protection options, following a written process and receiving coaching from experienced team members.

In this role, you will take conversations, explain options clearly, and assist clients in enrollment when appropriate. Interviews are conducted via Zoom, and there is a clear path to leadership for high performers who produce
