Job summary

Share Our Strength is seeking a Manager, Prospect Development to strengthen our donor pipeline through proactive research, wealth screening, and targeted prospect profiling. You will collaborate with frontline fundraisers and leadership across RDG to translate insights into cultivation strategies and portfolio management.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Prospect Development, the role emphasizes data accuracy, timely research delivery, and cross-team collaboration to advance long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• 4-6 years of related prospect development and research experience.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM databases; RE or RE NXT preferred.
• Experience with fundraising tools like ResearchPoint, iWave PRO, DonorSearch RelSci, Lexis Nexis, Foundation Center; WealthX.
• Strong commitment to donor privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Execute prospect research to strengthen the donor pipeline and support fundraising growth.
• Perform wealth screenings and build donor briefs and profiles.
• Collaborate with gift officers to inform strategy across the donor lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and reinforce moves management best practices.
• Provide guidance for prospect research and moves management training.
• Support diversity and inclusion in organizational work.
