Job summary

CAI is a global services firm seeking a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern to assist in developing technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. You will work closely with sales and technical teams in a remote, full-time internship.

The program runs from June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week. Core hours are 8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST, with all work performed within the United States.

Qualifications

• Current junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical-focused major with a minor in English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• Strong writing skills with an interest in developing technical narratives
• Business-focused mindset with a solid understanding of technical concepts
• Interest in sales solutions and business development
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and preparation of technical solutions and proposal documents for new business opportunities
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal creation
• Support the creation of compelling technical narratives that effectively communicate the value of our solutions
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposal strategies
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of proposal materials and documentation
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and feedback
