Job summary

CAI is seeking a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern to support the development of technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. This full-time internship is remote and runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, requiring 40 hours per week.

You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to craft compelling content and win strategies while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications

Current junior pursuing a technical Bachelor's degree with a minor in English, Journalism, or related field.
GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Strong writing and communication skills; interest in technical narratives.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing technical solutions and proposal documents for new opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for proposals.
Support creation of compelling technical narratives communicating value of CAI solutions.
Research industry trends and competitors to inform proposal strategies.
Organize and maintain proposal materials and documentation.
Participate in meetings to contribute ideas and feedback.
