Job summary

CAI is seeking a Proposal and Technical Solutions Analyst Intern to support the development of technical solutions and proposal narratives for new business opportunities. This remote, full-time internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 6, 2027, with a 40-hour work week and core hours 8:30 a.m. EST to 5:00 p.m. EST.

As an intern you will work closely with sales and technical teams to craft compelling proposals while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior pursuing a technical degree with a minor in English, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 and strong writing ability.
• Interest in sales solutions and business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing technical solutions and proposal documents for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for proposals.
• Support creation of technical narratives communicating solution value.
• Research industry trends and competitor offerings to inform proposals.
• Help organize and maintain proposal materials and documentation.
• Participate in meetings and brainstorming to contribute ideas.
