Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Property Risk Control Consultant to support its Property Risk Consulting Group. The role focuses on risk surveys, underwriting reports, and Nat Cat modeling for diverse occupancies. The candidate should have deep NFPA/FM Global knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years with a Highly Protected Risk insurer or vendor.
• Proficient in NFPA and FM Global standards.
• Ability to interpret fire protection systems.
• Self-sufficient, organized with strong written and oral skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Complete property risk control surveys and develop property underwriting reports for various occupancies.
• Conduct Nat Cat surveys and model inputs for modeling.
• Review data to determine natural catastrophe exposure; utilize FEMA/NIFP guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor RFPs and manage inspections.
• Visit client sites to perform surveys and support risk assessments.
