First Acceptance Corporation seeks a Property Damage Specialist to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle auto and renters property claims. You will determine liability, damages, and coverage while managing reserves and coordinating with adjusters, attorneys, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum of two years in property claims handling or related areas.
• Strong evaluation, judgment, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate auto and renters property claims, determine liability and damages.
• Negotiate settlements and establish appropriate reserves and settlements.
• Review coverage, maintain case documentation, and protect company interests.
• Coordinate with vendors, independent adjusters, and attorneys as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate file status to stakeholders.
