Traders follow risk-controlled, rules-based strategies, trade across US markets, and work towards scaling capital based on performance. Training and mentorship are provided, with monthly payouts and no evaluation accounts.

Qualifications

• Trading experience preferred (equities and/or options), not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
