Job summary

Maverick Trading is seeking a self-driven Equity & Options Trader to join our fully remote team, open to applicants in Carbondale, CO. This is a 1099 independent contractor role where you trade with firm capital under defined risk parameters.

We provide structured capital allocation, professional training, and mentorship. Traders are compensated via a profit split of 65% to 90% based on performance, with monthly payouts and no base salary.

Qualifications

• Trading experience in equities and/or options preferred, not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
• Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.
