Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience trading derivatives or currency markets.
• Solid understanding of execution quality, slippage, and fee impact on results.
• Ability to operate inside firm risk guidelines while maintaining trading autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute high-probability options setups across U.S. listed equity markets.
• Review fills, P&L, and execution quality daily to refine your trading process.
• Participate in regular peer reviews and trader development sessions.
