Alignerr is seeking a Prompt Writer to shape how the world's most advanced AI systems think by crafting questions, scenarios, and challenges that push AI to its limits. This fully remote, hourly contract role is open to anyone with a sharp mind, strong writing skills, and a love of ideas.

No technical background or prior AI experience is required — just the ability to think creatively and write clearly. You will work 10–40 hours per week, asynchronously, and collaborate with project leads to

• Strong writing skills with clear, precise and adaptable style.
• Ability to work independently and follow structured guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Write original prompts across topics to challenge AI reasoning and creativity.
• Design questions and scenarios to probe AI safety and edge cases.
• Create prompts that follow style guides and frameworks for consistency and quality.
• Iterate prompts based on feedback from project leads and reviewers.
• Work asynchronously on task-based assignments at your own pace.
