Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a senior Prompt Engineer to define and lead the strategy, patterns, and tooling for designing prompts, agentic workflows, and LLM-based architectures across the organization.

The ideal candidate has shipped LLM-powered products in production, is fluent in prompt design patterns and agent frameworks, and brings strong judgment on applying LLM techniques responsibly.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS, computational linguistics, or related field required.
• 8+ years software engineering with LLM-based apps.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered products to production.
• Strong Python skills and modern app frameworks.
• Familiar with retrieval-augmented generation and embeddings.
• Ability to design evaluation pipelines for non-deterministic systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, mentoring capability.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead strategy, patterns, and tooling for prompts and LLM-based architectures.
• Develop reusable design patterns and developer tooling across teams.
• Oversee agentic workflows and integration with enterprise systems.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, safety, and policy compliance.
