Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years practical experience performing similar work.
• Competent reading and interpretation of complex drawings for construction layout.
• Ability to work independently with little instruction.

Responsibilities

• Perform CAD tasks in preparation of construction surveys and layout calculations.
• Manage CAD generated surface models and produce accurate contours and drawings.
• Communicate with clients and create work order instructions for field staff.

Skills

AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency

Reading civil, architectural, and structural drawings

Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Education
